When calling for an appointment, please be prepared to provide the patient's name, address, phone number, birth date, type of insurance, reason for appointment, and referring physician, if applicable. Our contact information and a map link for easy directions are provided at the bottom of the page.

Practice Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Emergencies
To reach Dr. Laub or the urologist on call after hours, please call the office phone number (805.569.2462). If you require emergency treatment, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room and the hospital staff will contact us.
